Our company was formed to fill a much ignored niche in the architectural industry.  With the much more publicized and “glamorous” design aspect of architecture, the detailing portion of the field is becoming increasingly neglected.  Our major concern is directing our focus toward the weather-tightness and the efficiency of the actual constructed project.

I began my professional career as a homebuilder and ran into numerous problems with designs that never seemed to consider the ultimate reason that we build, shelter from the elements.  Too many times there were minor omissions in the early design work that wound up getting published in the final drawings.  I have found that the omissions in detailing have become more of the rule rather than the exception.

Our focus is on the end result and the owner’s satisfaction with the final constructed project.  Yes, we want to design aesthetically pleasing buildings, but we do not want them to leak, either.
